Once you submit your reservation, personal, and payment details through our site, you will be charged and we will immediately reserve your room/s with the hotel and send you a confirmation by email. Please note, the only upfront charge is the nightly rate of your hotel room/s. Any additional charges incurred during your stay at the hotel will be transacted directly between you and the hotel.

We check room availabilities and rates of all listed hotels daily; however, if when we make your reservation there is some discrepancy in either rate or room availability, you will be notified immediately by your preferred contact method. You can then either choose to get a complete refund, or modify and continue your reservation.

If you need to cancel or change your hotel reservation after it’s been confirmed, please notify us by phone or email. Generally, cancellations and changes can be made with at least 24 hours advance notice. Please note, however, that any cancellations or changes will ultimately be allowed at the discretion of individual hotels, and bamboobookings.com cannot therefore make any such guarantees. If allowed, cancellations and changes will incur a 10 USD service fee per party reservation.

Once you select your flight and submit payment through our site, we will book your flight with the airline and send you a receipt with your reservation details by email. No paper ticket is required, but you must present your passport at the airport to receive a boarding pass.
